Troubleshooting

WARNING: Error Codes may require user to shut down and restart the UPS. MBS can be
used to power the critical load while the UPS restart is taking place.
Connected equipment may need to be turned off to prevent damage in case of a critical
UPS failure.
1. If there is a serious abnormal condition, the UPS will lock itself in the "OFF" position as
shown in figure B.
2. After three seconds all messages will be locked except both Bypass indicators (LED
and LCD

a. Note the error code.
b. Check the error messages in troubleshooting guide for help with the problem.
