Steps
9.Remove4-wayvalve assy
Discharge the refrigerant completely;unsolder
the pipelines connecting the compressor andthe
condenser assy,and then remove the 4-way
valve assy.
10.Remove electronic Expansion Valve
Unsolder the spot weld of discharge
and inhalation tube sub-assy, electronic expansion
Valve,compressor and condenser, and then
remove the discharge and inhalation tube
sub-assy and electronic expansion valve
11.Remove Valve support and Cut off Valve
Remove the 2 bolts fixing the valve
subassemblies. Unsolder the welding joint
connecting the gas valve and the return air pipe.
Remove the gas valve.(Note: When unsoldering
the soldering joint, wrap the gas valve with wet
cloth completely to avoid damage to the valve
caused by high temperature.)Unsolder the
welding joint connecting the liquid valve and the
connecting pipe.Remove the liquid valve.Remove
screws fixing valve support and then removethe
valve support; remove the screw fixing the
condenser and then pull the condenser up wards
to remove it.
