Notice: Do not smoke inside the cab or expose the enclosure to direct flames. Cab is Flammable.
1. Be sure to read these instructions thoroughly before opening and installing the Kubota
RTV X900 Full Cab with Aero-Vent Poly Windshield. The installation is best done
when the temperature is 70 degrees F. or warmer. The temperature affects the adhesive
Velcro, if conditions prevent installing in warmer weather it helps to store the adhesive
Velcro at room temperature prior to installation.
2. Carefully open the carton and remove the enclosure on a large flat surface that is clean
and free of dirt.
3. Check over the parts included in the carton with the parts list shown below:

4. Install the Polycarbonate Windshield first as per the instructions provided with it.
5. Begin by installing the Rear Window. Along the bottom of the rear window is a 53" long
Velcro strip. This will attach to the shelf under the expanded metal cage and along the
top of the seat back. Take the 53" adhesive Velcro strip and adhere it up under the shelf
with the Velcro facing down. Then attach the bottom of the rear window making sure to
center it and keep it straight. The photo on the next page shows how it should fit.

  • Page 2 6. Now pull the rear window up and attach it to the top bar across the back of the roll cage. The top and sides of the rear window has double-sided Velcro sewn along the edges. At each of these strips you will place a 3” adhesive Velcro strip on the inside of the bar to hold the double-sided Velcro in place.
  • Page 3 7. The top of the rear window will attach to the bar as shown below: 8. Attach the sides of the rear window in the same fashion as shown in the photo below. 9. Now move on to the door panels. The top and front of the door has the same double- sided strips as the rear window and attaches the same way.
  • Page 4 10. The back of the door has a cutout with a bungee cord across it. This spot has to go around the metal block sticking out the sides of the vehicle. Placing the door here helps line up the rest of the door so all the Velcro goes where they need to. See photo below: 11.
  • Page 5 under the rear window and the adhesive strips will be a bit crowded on the inside of the bar and its ok if they overlap each other a bit. 12. The next step will be to adhere the 10” and 17” adhesive strips on the exposed roll cage below the cutout with the bungee cord.
  • Page 6 14. Next step is to attach the rear of the door panel to the rear window and to the roll cage just under the rear window. The two top tabs will attach right to the Velcro down the sides of the rear window. The bottom tab will attach directly to the roll cage using an 8” adhesive Velcro strip.
  • Page 7 15. Now all that is left is to install the Top Cap over the cab. First take the two webbing straps with the grommet holes and install then under the thumb nuts on the center bolt holding the Windshield to the roll cage. See Photo Below 16.
  • Page 8 18. Once all four straps are in the buckles, pull them tight making sure to center the top and that the front edge of the top is an inch or so below the holes across the top of the windshield. Once the straps are pulled tight they should look like the picture below. 19.
