Be sure to read these instructions thoroughly before opening and installing the Kawasaki Trans Top Cap. The
installation is best done when the temperature is 70 degrees F. or warmer. The temperature affects the adhesive
Velcro, if conditions prevent installing in warmer weather it helps to store the adhesive Velcro at room temp.
Prior to installation.
1. Carefully open the carton and remove the rolled up Top Cap on a large flat surface that is clean and free
of dirt.Check over the parts included in the carton with the parts list shown below:
Velcro Hook strips:
Top Cap
2. Place the Top Cap over the roll cage of the Trans. Pull the corners down to determine the correct
positions to place the 6" adhesive Velcro strips around the roll bars. The photos below show the correct
way to attach the double-sided Velcro.
