1. Be sure to read these instructions thoroughly before opening and installing the Wildcat
Full Cab with Poly Windshield. The installation is best done when the temperature is 70
degrees F. or warmer. The temperature affects the adhesive Velcro, if conditions prevent
installing in warmer weather it helps to store the adhesive Velcro at room temperature
prior to installation.
2. Carefully open the carton and remove the enclosure on a large flat surface that is clean
and free of dirt.
3. Check over the parts included in the carton with the parts list shown below:

- Page 2 Soft Doors 1. Begin by holding the door up to the frame and attach it using the double-sided Velcro strips sewn perpendicular to the edge of the door. At each of the double-sided strips take one of the 3" adhesive Velcro strips and adhere it to the inside of the frame. Then wrap the double-sided strip around it so that the adhesive strip holds it firmly in place.
- Page 3 2. Next take the 10" and a 3” adhesive Velcro strips and run it down the back of the roll cage facing towards the rear of the vehicle. They should match up with the double-sided Velcro tabs sewn along the rear of the soft door. See photo below.
- Page 4 3. Next take the 6” adhesive Velcro strip and place it on the front fender as shown in the photo below. Then affix the bottom of the front panel to it as shown in the second photo.
- Page 5 4. Last part of the door to attach is the bottom to the factory half-door. Take the 44” adhesive Velcro strip and attach it to the factory door to match up with the Velcro sewn to the bottom of the soft doors. The adhesive Velcro will cross the hinge of the door, take a knife and cut the adhesive Velcro at the hinge.

REAR WINDOW 5. Now install the rear window. The top of the Rear window is held in place by double- sided strips like the ones on the doors. 6. The sides will attach to the double-sided tabs from the rear of the doors. The bottom will attach to the vehicle using the 42”... - Page 7 POLYCARBONATE WINDSHIELD 7. Install using the directions included with the windshield. TOP CAP Once you have the Lexan windshield installed on your Wildcat use the straps with a double-sided Velcro sewn on one end. Wrap the 6” adhesive Velcro strips around the bar just under the between windshield clamps and then wrap the Velcro sewn to the end of the strap around the bar where the Velcro is.
- Page 8 Next take the other two straps with a loop sewn on one end and wrap them around the roll cage in the rear just under the 10” tab of the doors. See photo below Now place the top over the entire vehicle, the front of the top is identified by the sides not being as steeply curved, and begin by lacing the front straps through the ladder lock buckles sewn to the front corners of the top.
- Page 9 Cleaning and Storage Recommendations: Before removing the Over Armour Cab for storage, make sure it is very clean in order to prevent scratching of the window panels. Clean with a soft rag or sponge using a mild liquid detergent soap and warm water solution. Never rub the windows with a dry cloth or rag! Let the Cab dry thoroughly before attempting to roll for storage.
