Procedure for replacing a brake shoe
If the lining is less than or equal to 1 mm thick, it should be changed.
Minimum thickness
of the lining
1 mm
To change the shoe (only one person required), proceed as follows:
– Release the brake fully.
– Remove pin 6.
– Retrieve washer 7.
– Remove shoe 2.
