OPC DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURE

CAUTION:
Batteries need to be removed prior to any
maintenance or storage of the OPC. Failure to do so
may cause irreversible damage to the OPC.
1. Take note of the OPC inlet
hose fitting & 6mm outlet
connector (39).
2. Disconnect the outlet hose (35) from the OPC. Insert a
3mm hex socket into the 6mm connector (39) and remove it
from the OPC.
NOTE: The 6mm connector comes with the gasket
installed. Shown separately for clarity.
CAUTION:
Ensure the 3mm hex socket is completely
inserted into the center of the 6mm connector. Failure
to do this will result in damage to the 6mm connector.
3. Use the 3/8" crowfoot and
flex wrench to remove the
inlet hose (36) from the OPC.
4. Remove the filter & spring (38) from inside the inlet hose
port on the OPC. Remove o-ring (37) from the end of the
inlet hose (36).

5. Remove o-ring (34) from
the 90° fitting at the end of
the inlet hose (36).
Outlet
6. Remove the o-ring (34)
from the end of the coiled
hose fitting (33).

NOTE: White connectors used for clarity.
NOTE: Before beginning reassembly, perform
parts cleaning and lubrication in accordance
with PROCEDURE A: Oxygen Cleaning
and Lubricating.
