Check the sight glass. If the ground color is yellow, the cooling system contains
excessive water and requires maintenance.
If you find air bubbles with the sight glass, the cooling system lacks refrigerant. Adjust
the expansion valve or fill in refrigerant.
Check that the thermal insulator on the refrigerant pipe is not damaged.
Check that the refrigerant pipe support is intact and securely installed.
Operations
Check and secure all circuit cables, and ensure
that all wiring terminals are securely tightened.
Ensure that each plug has proper contact.
Check that each input and output connector
between the main control board and the display
panel has proper contact, as well as the
connection between the main control board and
the temperature and humidity sensor.
Check that the main control board is properly
connected to each contactor, electric heater
temperature switch, dry heating protection
temperature switch of the infrared humidifier
water pan, filter clogging switch, and fan
airflow loss switch.
Use a brush or compressed dry air to clean
