  • Page 18 Tool Components Tightening Techniques 40NLTVC Series Right Angle Nutrunners 10, 20 & 30 Gear Trains Clamp angle head with bushing in vise. Tighten all other components before posi- tioning angle head relationship to throttle lever. Tighten gear case to angle head to 40ft. lbs. (54Nm).

Tighten all other components before posi- tioning and tightening housing lock nut on angle head. Tighten 1st reduction gear case to second reduction gear case to 40ft. lbs. (54Nm). Tighten backhead to first reduction gear case securely while holding first reduction gear case with another wrench.
