Tools Required

Box Cutter/Utility Knife
Cordless Drill w/extension & #2 Phillips head bit drive
M4 & M5 Allen wrench drive (optional, supplied w/base)
1/16" Allen wrench drive
Bubble Level
String line

Hardware Required

1 - End base (28FBEBSEP***)
1 - 33 H-Frame dual (28F33HW2C*P) (tray is pre-attached)
2 - crossrails (comes with H-Frame above)
1 - Worksurface (round, half round, half ellipse)
1 - Plywood shelf (28F1160SHLD2)
1 - Canopy (28F6052CASE**)
1 - Static Leg set (2 legs) (28F113018BEBFP)
32 - M6 X 12 Button Head Machine screws
8 - M6 X 12 Flat Head Machine screws
36 - Flat Head Philips #10-32 X 3/4" machine screws
32 - Pan Head Phillips #10 X 3/4" wood screws

Installation

Note: Bases installed 1st, trays 2nd, fixed screens 3rd and
tops/worksurface screens 4th.
1.
Using a knife open box removing all components carefully
and place aside. See components in Figure A.
2.
Thread glides into bottom of static legs as shown in Figure
B top right corner.

It is important to connect all bench bases to end units
using h-frames packed with end units. See respective
end unit AI for more information. Slide H-frame and
crossrail, over u-brackets on the inside of static legs and
push together. See Figure B. Note: threaded 8 holes on
face of H-frame will slide underneath static legs plates.
Attach using M4 Allen wrench key/drive and flat head
screws on face of tubes/button head screws on bottom of
tube. See Figure B.

Slide flat plates into bottom routes of canopy orienting
holes with respect to plates holes. Use a pen if needed to
center plate hole threads with canopy holes. See Figure C.
5.
Lay canopy on a fixed non-marring surface, leaving base
attachment area of canopy hanging off surface as shown in
Figure D. Use drill w/Phillips bit, and provided #10-32 X
3/4" machine screws to thread into flat plates inside canopy
securing base to canopy.
