3.1 Insert Battery
This device includes:
>
Type mignon/AA (LR6 / FR 6 / AM3); quantity 2
>
Type button cell CR-1220 (backup battery for system clock); quantity 1
The battery compartment is located at the back of the device.
>
To unlock the cover, turn the ring anti-clockwise
>
Lift off cover
>
Insert or replace battery
>
Attach the battery cover at the bottom and lock
NOTICE
Replacing batteries
Please note the correct polarity when inserting the battery.
When replacing the backup battery (CR-1220), leave the regular battery in the device or connect
the device via USB port or the date and clock will be reset.
Dispose of batteries in compliance with local regulations!
3.2 Insert Probe (Optional)
On devices with replaceable or separate probe (grey probe latch), insert the probe as follows:
