3.4 Recommended Floor Space Requirements

For the common configuration, it is recommended that there be at least
10.5' (W) x 5.9' (D) of level floor space.
IMPORTANT
• The imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5500 and C5500 II Series was created to be
modular in design. Floor space, budget, monthly copy/print volume, and
applications determine which configuration works best.
• Only one optional finisher unit (Staple Finisher-Y1, Booklet Finisher-Y1, or Inner
Finisher-H1) can be attached to the machine.
• The optional 2/3 Hole Puncher-B1 can only be attached to the Staple Finisher-Y1
or Booklet Finisher-Y1.
• Only one Cassette Feeding Unit (Cassette Feeding Unit-AM1 or High Capacity
Cassette Feeding Unit-A1) can be attached to the machine.
• The Cabinet Type-N1 can be installed in place of the Cassette Feeding Unit-AM1
or High Capacity Cassette Feeding Unit-A1.

3.5 Floor Structure Requirements

The floor on which this machine is installed must have strength of at least
