The oven light can be switched on without any further function.
Defrost
The air at ambient temperature is distributed inside the oven for defrosting
food more quickly and without proteins adulteration.
Full grill (+ Rotary spit function)
Top heat (upper outer heating element), small grill (upper inner heating ele-
ment) and spit motor are in operation. This function is particularly suitable
for grilling or baking large quantities of food, optionally using a roasting spit.
Small grill (+ Rotary spit function)
Grill (upper inner heating element) and spit motor are in operation.
This function is particularly suitable for grilling and baking small quantities
of food, optionally using a roasting spit.
Grilling / Roasting system (Full grill + Fan)
The heat generated by top heat and small grill element is evenly circulated
by the fan between 50 and 200°C.
This function can be used for sterilizing glas jars.
