Use to quickly scan
documents into
memory when faxing.
F orm Feed
Use to eject paper
from the printer if the
paper is not
automatically fed out
from the printer after
printing. Also, use to
load paper if the
machine runs out of
paper during a PC
print job.

Sp ecial Fu nction
Button s
Use to call most
frequently used
numbers w ith one
button.
Also, use in conjunction
with the Menu button to
set up special functions
or print reports.

Up an d Down Buttons
Use to display the next or previous menu item.
Also used to make adjustments.
Righ t and L eft
Use to move cursor left or right across the
display.
Stop
Use to stop an operation at any time.
Cop y
Use to copy a document.
Start/Enter
Use to start a job. Also use to activate the
selection shown in the display.
LCD Display
Busy LED
Indicates machine is in
use.
ALARM LED
Indicates a malfunction.
