Step 10 - Attaching the Top Panel.
• Insert dowels (4) into the top side panels (E and F), as shown.
• Attach the top panel (A) to the top side panels (E and F), as shown.
• Tighten cams (3) by turning them clockwise approximately a half turn or until snug. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN!
