Common solutions

What can I do to troubleshoot the headset?
Try these troubleshooting suggestions.

§ If the LED is not lit, try connecting the link box to a different power outlet.

the link box.
§ Connect the DisplayPort cable end to the DisplayPort port on your
computer's graphics card where the monitor is also connected. Do not
connect the DisplayPort cable to ports on the motherboard.
§ Try connecting to a different USB port.
