6. Check the seals (Fig. 23/2) of the carbonator pump (Fig. 23/1) for damage.
Replace any damaged seals (Fig. 23/2).
7. Position the new carbonator pump (Fig. 22/2) within the unit.
Make sure that the carbonator pump (Fig. 22/4) connections are positioned properly on the
water inlet and water outlet.
8. Attach the carbonator pump (Fig. 22/4) using the fastening bolts (Fig. 22/3).
9. Tighten the nut (Fig. 22/1) on the water inlet of the carbonator pump (Fig. 22/4).
10. Tighten the nut (Fig. 22/2) on the water outlet of the carbonator pump (Fig. 22/4).
11. Connect either the plug (Fig. 22/5) of the carbonator pump (Fig. 22/4) or connect the plug (Fig. 22/6) of the carbonator pump
(Fig. 22/4) to the control system (Fig. 22/7).

1. Mount the agitator motor; see chapter 7.4.

Replacing the carbonator tank
Prerequisites
The circulation pump has been removed.
The carbonator pump has been removed.
The connecting plate has been removed.
Spare parts
Carbonator tank
1. Remove the locking caps (Fig. 24/1) from the mounting plate (Fig. 24/3).
2. Lift the mounting plate (Fig. 24/3) up out of the unit.
3. Disconnect the plug (Fig. 24/5) of the carbonator tank (Fig. 24/7) from the control system (Fig.
24/4).
4. Disconnect the tube Water IN from the push-in fitting (Fig. 24/6).
5. Disconnect the tube Soda OUT from the push-in fitting (Fig. 24/2).
6. Lift the carbonator tank (Fig. 24/7) up out of the unit.
7. Position the new carbonator tank (Fig. 24/7) within the unit.
8. Make sure the carbonator tank (Fig. 24/7) is firmly placed against the cooling coils.
9. Connect the tube Soda OUT to the push-in fitting (Fig. 24/2).
10. Connect the tube Water IN to the push-in fitting (Fig. 24/6).
11. Connect the plug (Fig. 24/5) of the carbonator tank (Fig. 24/7) to the control system (Fig. 24/4).
12. Position the mounting plate (Fig. 24/3) within the unit.
13. Lock the locking caps (Fig. 241) of the mounting plate (Fig. 24/3).
Finishing tasks
1. Mount the connecting plate; see chapter 7.3.
2. Mount the carbonator pump; see chapter 7.6.
3. Mount the circulation pump; see chapter 7.5.
