Replacing the control system mounting plate
Prerequisites
The control system has been removed.
Spare parts
Mounting plate
1. Remove the fastening bolts (Fig. 25/1) from the mounting plate (Fig. 25/2).
2. Lift off the mounting plate (Fig. 25/2).
3. Position the new mounting plate (Fig. 25/2) on the unit.
4. Attach the mounting plate (Fig. 25/2) using the fastening bolts (Fig. 25/1).
Finishing tasks
1. Mount the control system; see chapter 7.9.

Replacing the control system
Prerequisites
The sheet casing has been removed (service).
Spare parts
Control system
1. Open the cover (Fig. 26/1) of the control system.
2. Disconnect all necessary electrical cables and plugs from the control system (Fig. 27/3).
3. Remove the fastening bolt (Fig. 27/2) from the control system (Fig. 27/3).
4. Slide the control system (Fig. 27/3) to the left and lift it (Fig. 27/3) off the mounting plate (Fig.
27/1).
5. Position the new control system (Fig. 27/3) on the mounting plate (Fig. 27/1).
6. Slide the control system (Fig. 27/3) on the mounting plate (Fig. 27/1) to the right and push the
control system (Fig. 27/3) down until it (Fig. 27/3) locks into place.
7. Fasten the control system (Fig. 27/3) into place using the fastening bolt (Fig. 27/2).
8. Connect all electrical cables and plugs of the control system (Fig. 27/3).
9. Close the cover (Fig. 26/1) of the control system.
Finishing tasks
1. Mount the sheet casing; see chapter 7.2.
