Replacing the overload protection

Prerequisites
The sheet casing has been removed (service).
Spare parts
Overload protection
1. Remove the cover (Fig. 41/1) from the electrical assembly.
2. Remove the fastening bolt (Fig. 42/1) from the electrical assembly.
3. Remove the electrical assembly.
4. Remove the electrical cable (Fig. 43/1) from the overload protection (Fig. 43/2).
5. Remove the overload protection (Fig. 43/2).
6. Position the new overload protection (Fig. 43/2) within the unit.
7. Connect the electrical cable (Fig. 43/1) of the overload protection (Fig. 43/2).
8. Position the electrical assembly within the unit.
9. Fasten the electrical assembly into place using the fastening bolt (Fig. 42/1).
10. Attach the cover (Fig. 41/1) of the electrical assembly.
Finishing tasks
1. Mount the sheet casing; see chapter 7.2.
