Replacing the circulation pump

Prerequisites
The agitator motor has been removed.
Spare parts
Circulation pump
1. Disconnect the plug (Fig. 20/3) from the circulation pump (Fig. 20/2).
2. Remove the fastening bolts (Fig. 20/1) from the circulation pump (Fig. 20/2).
3. Lift the circulation pump (Fig. 21/1) and detach the elbow fittings (Fig. 21/2).
4. Lift the circulation pump (Fig. 21/1) up out of the unit.
5. Connect the elbow fittings (Fig. 21/2) to the new circulation pump (Fig. 21/1).
6. Position the circulation pump (Fig. 20/2) within the unit.
7. Attach the circulation pump (Fig. 20/2) using the fastening bolts (Fig. 20/1).
8. Connect the plug (Fig. 20/3) to the circulation pump (Fig. 20/2).
Finishing tasks
1. Mount the agitator motor; see chapter 7.4.

Replacing the carbonator pump

Prerequisites
The agitator motor has been removed.
Spare parts
Carbonator pump
Seal
1. Remove the nut (Fig. 22/1) from the water inlet of the carbonator pump (Fig. 22/4).
2. Remove the nut (Fig. 22/2) from the water outlet of the carbonator pump (Fig. 22/4).
3. Disconnect either the plug (Fig. 22/5) of the carbonator pump (Fig. 22/4) or disconnect the plug
(Fig. 22/6) of the carbonator pump (Fig. 22/4) on the control system (Fig. 22/7).
4. Remove the fastening bolts (Fig. 22/3) from the carbonator pump (Fig. 22/4).
5. Lift the carbonator pump (Fig. 22/4) up out of the unit.
