WASHING
Automatic plus
Items Mixed loads of garments suitable for the Cottons and Minimum iron
programmes
Tip The wash parameters (e.g. water level, wash rhythm and spin speed)
are adjusted automatically in this programme to ensure the best
possible care and cleaning efficiency for each item.
First wash
Items New items made of cotton, synthetic fibres and towelling
Tip Use this programme to wash any manufacturing residues out of new
items.
Drain/Spin
Tip - Drain only: select
- Make sure you select the appropriate spin speed.
Separate rinse
Items Rinsing hand-washed items
Tip Reduce the final spin speed for items which crease easily.
Starch
Items Table cloths, serviettes and workwear requiring starching
Tip - Reduce the final spin speed for items which crease easily.
- Laundry that is to be starched should be washed, but not treated
with fabric conditioner.
Cottons
Items Normally soiled cotton garments
Tip - These settings are the most efficient in terms of energy and water
consumption for washing cottons.
- With , the wash temperature reached is below 60 °C. The
wash performance is the same as with the Cottons 60 °C pro-
gramme.
Note for test institutes: test programmes in accordance with EN 60456.
