This command is used to initiate a transmitter test in one of three modes.

0x06
0xFC = Transmitter test.
The following test modes may be selected:
0x01 = CW Mode
0x02 = Transmit single test packet.
0x03 = Mod mode. Transmit a continuous
signal modulated with a bit pattern.
