The packet size (number of packets required to carry the payload) of
the last message sent or the message currently pending if it is the first
one in the current mode.
The number of the current burst being sent. This will be 0 if there is
no message pending and 1 if the pending message is not bursted.
For bursted messages it may be 1, 2 or 3, depending on which burst is
being processed.
The total number of bursts to be transmitted for the current message.
This will be 0 if there is no message pending, 1 for most messages,
and 3 for messages that require burst transmission, including all
Check/OK messages and any message with free text.
If the Device is between transmission 1 and transmission 2 of a three
transmission burst, this field contains the time until transmission 2,
otherwise it contains zero.
If the Device is between transmission 1 and transmission 3 of a three
transmission burst, this field contains the time until transmission 3,
otherwise, it contains zero.
Number of messages (not packets) transmitted since the current
mode began.
