5.2.3.10 "Turn On GPS" command

This command will turn on the GPS engine and once a fix is obtained, the location will be available in memory for later querying. Use
the "Query Status" command to monitor the progress of the GPS engine. Once a fix is indicated, use the "Turn Off GPS" command
to power down the GPS engine.
