"Self Test" command

This command is used to initiate an internal self test of the STINGR. When this command is received by the STINGR, there will be a
7-8 second delay before the response is returned (self test in progress).

AA 07 FD 0E 01 E8 C6 – Passed
AA 07 FD 0E 02 73 F4 – GPS fail.
AA 07 FD 0E 03 FA E5 – TX fail.
Note: In the event of TX fail and GPS fail, the unit will respond twice, once with code 0x02 and once with 0x03.
