Cleaning

Use a dry cloth to clean the unit. Never use water, cleaning detergents
or spray cleaners.
Troubleshooting
If there are problems with the receiver, please check the points below first, before
contacting the service centre.

Never open the unit. This may lead to electric shocks and will void the
warranty.
No Picture or Sound
Make sure the receiver and the TV set are both connected to the mains and
switched on.
Check, that the antenna cable is undamaged and securely connected to the
respective sockets on the TV set. See chapter "Connection to Roof Aerial" on
page 16.
If you are using a SCART cable, make sure the cable is connected properly.
Black Screen
Check whether a signal source is selected. See "Select source" on page 46 and
"Select Input" on page 46.
