Step 4 Remove the hose clamp and remove the water inlet pipe.
Step 5 Draw out the old wet film humidifier.
Step 6 Install the new wet film humidifier by performing
After the replacement is complete, properly install the water inlet pipes to the wet
film humidifier. Ensure that the water inlet pipes are secured without leakage
risks.
Step 7 Open the rear door, installation the air filter, and Turn on the switches.
Step 8 Choose Maint > Performance Maint on the home screen to access the
Performance Maint screen. Then clear the humidifier runtime.
Step 9 Choose Settings > System Settings > System Control > Humid > Action.

6.4.5 Replacing the Differential Pressure Switch

Tool: Phillips screwdriver
Procedure
Step 1 Tap Shutdown on the LCD home screen.
Exercise caution because the device is still energized after it is shut down on the
LCD.
Step 2 Open the rear door, remove the air filter, and switch off general circuit breakers.
Step 3 Remove the pressure inlet tube from the differential pressure switch, use a Phillips
screwdriver to remove the four screws from the switch, and take out the switch.
Step 4 Remove the screws from the differential pressure switch cover, and remove the
cable.

For the NetCol5000-C030/C032, remove the butterfly nut and sheet metal fastener.

The differential pressure switch needs to be replaced.
A spare differential pressure switch of the same model is available and
functional.
