Install Hanger Plate Assembly on Plaster Ceiling
Memasang Rangka Pelat Gantungan di Plafon Plester
For Plaster Ceiling, static metal structure (welded) must
be prefix on the concrete ceiling via anchor bolt before
installing the Ceiling Fan
Untuk Plafon Plester, struktur logam statis (yang dilas)
harus dipasang ulang di plafon beton menggunakan
baut jangkar sebelum memasang Kipas Angin Gantung
Installation Note.
1 Ensure Static Metal Structure is fi rmly bolted to the
concrete ceiling as shown in the Figure 1 and able
to withstand weight of 100kg. The Lower Plate of
Static Metal Structure should be the same level as
the plaster ceiling. Allow 5~10mm gap between the
Lower Plate and Plaster Ceiling. Make sure holes
are made on the lower plate of the Static Metal
Structure as shown in Figure 2. (Suggest Lower
Plate of Metal Struture is 260mm X 260mm X 5mm)
2 Bolt the Hanger Plate Assy onto the Lower Plate as
shown in Figure 3. Use M6 Bolts instead of the Carl
Bolt supplied. Ensure there are no loose parts in
the entire hanging structure.
Catatan Pemasangan.
1 Pastikan Struktur Logam Statis dipasang erat ke
plafon beton seperti yang ditampilkan di gambar
1 dan mampu menahan beban seberat 100 kg.
Plat Bawah dari Struktur Logam Statis harus rata
dengan plafon plester. Beri jarak 5~10 mm di antara
Pelat Bawah dan Plafon Plester. Pastikan untuk
membuat lubang di pelat bawah Struktur Logam
Statis seperti yang ditampilkan di Gambar 2.
(Sebaiknya Pelat Bawah Struktur Logam berukuran
260 mm X 260 mm X 5 mm)
2 Baut Rangka Pelat Gantungan ke Pelat Bawah
seperti yang ditampilkan di Gambar 3. Gunakan
Baut M6, bukan Baut Carl yang disediakan.
Pastikan tidak ada bagian yang lepas di seluruh
struktur gantungan.
Fix Hanger Plate Assembly correctly to the Metal Structure, and tighten Hexa Nut firmly.
Can cause Ceiling Fan to drop and cause injuries.
Pasang Rangka Pelat Gantungan dengan benar ke Struktur Logam dan kencangkan erat Mur Segi Enam.
Dapat menyebabkan Kipas Angin Gantung jatuh dan mencederai.
Check Point After Installation / Titik Pemeriksaan Setelah Perakitan
1. Ensure the Hanger Plate Assembly is securely fi xed on the Metal Structure. The Bolt, Plain Washer,
Spring Washer and Hexa Nut should be fi rmly tightened for safety reasons.
Pastikan Rangka Pelat Gantungan dipasang dengan erat pada Struktur Logam. Baut, Gelang Biasa,
Gelang Pegas, dan Mur Segi Enam harus dikencangkan erat untuk alasan keselamatan.
Do not install the Ceiling Fan directly onto plaster ceiling.
Can cause Ceiling Fan to drop after long period.
Jangan pasang Kipas Angin Gantung langsung di plafon plester.
Dapat menyebabkan Kipas Angin Gantung jatuh setelah beberapa waktu.
M5 screw, M6 Bolt, Plain Washer, Spring Washer and Nut are not provide with this product.
The static metal structure is not supplied with this product, please kindly consult with qualified personnel on the static metal structure design.
Sekrup M5, Baut M6, Gelang Biasa, Gelang Pegas, dan Mur Segi Enam tidak disediakan bersama produk ini.
Struktur logam statis tidak disediakan bersama produk ini, harap hubungi orang yang ahli tentang rancangan struktur logam metal.
