Install Hanger Plate Assembly to Concrete Ceiling
Memasang Rangka Pelat Gantungan ke Plafon Beton

Make 5 holes on the concrete ceiling. 4 holes (no. 2,

3, 4, 5) with diameter 8.5mm (depth 45mm) and hole
no. 1 with diameter 6.5mm (depth 30mm).
(Hole no. 1 is for Safety Wire).
Buat 5 lubang di plafon beton. 4 lubang (no. 2, 3, 4,
5) dengan diameter 8.5 mm (kedalaman 45 mm) dan
lubang no. 1 dengan diameter 6.5 mm (kedalaman
30 mm).
(Lubang no. 1 untuk Kawat Keselamatan).
Install Carl Bolt.

Pasang Baut Carl.
1. Drill holes on the concrete ceiling.
Buat lubang di plafon beton.
2. Use blower to remove dust in the holes.
Gunakan peniup untuk membersihkan debu pada lubang.
3. Insert the Carl Bolt.
Masukkan Baut Carl.
4. Tighten the supplied Plain Washer, Spring Washer, Hexa Nut to all 5 Carl Bolts. This is to ensure the Carl Bolt is
firmly embedded in the ceiling.
Kencangkan Gelang Biasa, Gelang Pegas, Mur Segi Enam yang disediakan ke kelima Baut Carl. Hal ini untuk
memastikan Baut Carl tertanam kuat di plafon.
5. Remove Hexa Nut, Spring Washer, and Plain Washer from hole no. 2, 3, 4 and 5 Carl Bolt. Make sure Carl Bolt is
remained strong on the ceiling.
Lepas Mur Segi Enam, Gelang Pegas, dan Gelang Biasa dari lubang no. 2, 3, 4, dan 5 Baut Carl. Pastikan Baut
Carl tetap kuat di plafon.

Remove Hanger Supporter Screws and Hanger

for step C-4 (Page 11).
