Page 2 1. Park the vehicle on a smooth level surface. 2. Using a flat screwdriver remove the push pins from the radiator cover. Save for reuse. See Photo 1. 3. Remove the radiator cover from the truck. See Photo 2. Photo 1 Photo 2 Remove radiator cover push pins.
Page 3 8. Remove the grille by gently pulling and lifting upward from front of truck. See Photo 7. 9. Lay grille assembly face down on a smooth clean surface. See Photo 8. Photo 7 Photo 8 Remove grille. Remove shutter mounting bolts. 10.
Page 4 22. Install the radiator cover using the factory hardware.
