Check the kit hardware against the kit contents shown below. Be sure you have all needed parts and know where they go.
- Page 2 1. Park the vehicle on a smooth level surface. 2. Locate the 12 push pins that attach the radiator cover to the radiator support. See Photo 1. 3. Using a clip removal tool or flat screwdriver, remove the 12 push pins. Retain hardware for reuse. See Photo 2. Photo 1 Photo 2 Remove the radiator cover.
- Page 3 9. Locate the 4 bolts that attach the top grille brackets to the radiator support. See Photo 7. 10. Using a 10mm socket, remove the 4 bolts from the upper grille brackets. Retain hardware. See Photo 8. Photo 7 Photo 8 Locate the 4 upper grille bolts.
- Page 4 16. Lay the grille face down. 17. Using an 8mm socket, remove the 7 bolts that attach the inner grille to the grille shell. Retain hardware. See Photo 18. Using a flat screwdriver, unclip the grille frame from the grille shell. See Photo 14. Photo 13 Photo 14 Remove grille frame hardware.

- Page 6 31. Repeat steps 27-30 for the 2nd light. 32. Install the grille frame using the factory hardware. Tighten using a 10mm socket. 33.
