921701010A GM 2014-15 Chevy 1500 Mesh Grille Thank you for choosing Rough Country for all your lighting needs. Please read instructions before beginning installation. Check the kit hardware against the kit contents shown below. Be sure you have all needed parts and know where they go.

1. Park the vehicle on a smooth level surface. 2. Open the hood and using a flat screwdriver, remove the push pins and radiator cover and save for reuse. See Photo 1. 3. Using a 7mm, remove the bolts from inside the fender well, holding the upper fascia. Retain for reuse. See Photos 2 &...

6. Gently pull the fascia from the front of the vehicle. See Photo 6. 7. Using a 10mm socket, remove the grille mounting bolts and save for reuse. See Photo 7. Photo 6 Photo 7 Remove bumper fascia. Remove grille mounting bolts. 8.

12. Using a reciprocating saw, cut the inner grille mesh along the horizontal lines of the grille. See Photo 12. 13. Using a reciprocating saw, cut the inner grille mesh along the vertical lines of the grille. See Photo 13. 14.

19. Tighten the 1/4” bolts using a 5/32” Allen and a 7/16” wrench. Do not rotate the head of the bolt when tightening. See Photo 18. 20. If installing grille with no light, skip to step 23. 21. If installing the mesh grille with the 30” LED, install the light mounting brackets using the supplied 1/4” x 5/8” bolts and nuts.

27. Using the supplied #8 x 1/2” bolts and nuts, attach the mounts to the grille and tighten using a 3/32” Allen and a 11/32” wrench. See Photo 24. 28. Tighten the 1/4” bolts using a 5/32” Allen and a 7/16” wrench. Do not rotate the head of the bolt when tightening. See Photo 25.
