Installing the UPS
2.1
Secured Installation
1. Determine the cabinet installation position.
Mark mounting holes in the installation
position based on drawings.
Unit (mm)
2. Use a hammer drill to drill holes for installing
expansion bolts and then install four
expansion bolts in the holes. Remove the
bolts, spring washers, and flat washers.
3. Wheel the cabinet to the installation position.
4. If the castors of the UPS need to be lifted
from the ground, perform steps 1 to 2 in "Non-
Secured Installation."
5. Remove the rear cover from the cabinet and
open the front door.
2.2
Non-Secured Installation
1. Lower the four leveling feet at the bottom of
the UPS using a wrench until all the four
castors at the bottom do not touch the floor
and the leveling feet bear the whole UPS
weight.
2. Check the UPS levelness using a level. If the
UPS is not level, adjust the leveling feet.
6. Remove the four rubber plugs (two front and
two rear) from the bottom of the cabinet.
7. Insert expansion bolts into the expansion bolt
holes in the floor, and tighten the expansion
bolts.
