Phillips Screwdriver Bit
Electric Drill
Dispenser x 1
1.
Locate cover release button on right side of dispenser.
While holding in cover release button with one hand,
flip cover down with opposite hand. (See Figure 1)

2. Insert two "C" batteries (not included) with the "+"
side up into the battery compartment of dispenser.
(See Figure 2)

3. If nothing appears on the screen, push
on/off button. (See Figure 3)
