Erogazione del liquido

Pipette calibrate "IN"
– Immergere la pipetta nel diluente.
– Ruotare la rotella di regolazione in
direzione della finestrella finché il
liquido è stato espulso.
– Sciacquare la pipetta mediante
l'aspirazione e l'espulsione del
diluente. Aspirare accuratamente il
diluente fino al livello di riempimento
corretto del campione da misurare.
Ripetere questa procedura per alme-
no 3 volte.
– Strofinare leggermente la pipetta
sulla parete del recipiente.

Discharging liquid

Pipettes calibrated to contain "In"
– Immerse the pipette into the diluting
agent.
– Turn the thumb wheel towards the
viewing window until the liquid has
been discharged.
– Rinse the pipette by drawing in and
discharging the diluting agent:
Carefully draw in the diluting agent
up to the correct level of the liquid to
be measured. Repeat this procedure
at least three times.
– Lightly wipe the pipette against the
wall of the vessel.
