Regolazione del volume aspirato
Micropipette < – 5 µl
Ruotare la rotella di regolazione in dire-
zione del tasto di espulsione finché le
ganasce sono completamente aperte.
Micropipette > 5 µl fino a 100 µl
Ruotare la rotella di regolazione in
direzione della finestrella finché le
ganasce della pompetta di aspi-
razione si sono chiuse all'incirca
per metà del suo volume (vedere
figura).
Pipette > 100 µl
Ruotare la rotella di regolazione in dire-
zione della finestrella finché si avverte
una leggera resistenza. Le ganasce
chiudono completamente la pompetta
di aspirazione.
Ora lo strumento é pronto per l'uso.
Adjusting the suction volume
Micropipettes < – 5 µl
Turn the thumb wheel towards the
ejector key until the clamping jaws
are completely open.
Micropipettes > 5 µl up to 100 µl
Turn the thumb wheel towards the
window until the clamping jaws com-
press the suction bellows to about
half of the volume (see figure).
Pipettes > 100 µl
Turn the thumb wheel towards the
window until a slight resistance can
be felt. The clamping jaws completely
compress the suction bellows.
The instrument is now ready for use.
