11.3.2 Mounting the full
bore diaphragm
Important:
Mount the correct diaphragm
that suits the valve (suitable for
medium, medium concentration,
temperature and pressure).
1. Before assembling the new diaphragm,
please disassemble the actuator as
described under chapter 11.2 "Removing
the diaphragm".
2. Screw the diaphragm pin of the new
diaphragm tightly into the compressor
of the actuator manually. When clear
resistance is felt turn back the diaphragm
anticlockwise until its bolt holes are in
correct alignment with the bolt holes of
the actuator.

11.4 Distance piece mounting

on the valve body

1. Check whether the actuator weight is
supported securely and the actuator is
vertical.
2. Position distance piece 3 with the
mounted diaphragm 2 on the valve
body 1, take care to align the bolt holes.
3. DN 25 - 65: Screw the nuts 20 with
washers 19 and bolts 18 by hand (hand
tight only).
DN 80 - 150: Screw the nuts 20 with
washers 19 in stud bolts 18 by hand
(hand tight only).
4. Fully tighten the nuts 20 diagonally.
5. Ensure that the diaphragm 2 is
