Important Information
To fill without emissions, proceed as follows:
-
Remove the screw cap on the pump line.

Connect a hose between the barrel and pump suction side.
-
Connect a gas displacement line between the barrel and water separator.
-
Open the ball valve.
-
Start program P44.
-
The tanks fill up, with one overflowing into the other.
-
Watch the level of the liquid in the tanks and stop program P44 when the tanks are full.
-
Close the ball valve.
-
Remove the connecting lines to the barrel.
-
Screw the cap back on to the pump line.
-
Remove the gas displacement line.
On c and o combinations:
-
First fill the c machine with P44
-
Next start P61 on the o machine in order to fill it.
-
Then start P44 on the c machine again.

Refilling Solvent
Follow the procedure given in Point 8.1.2 for routine refilling of solvent.
Attention: Even empty containers can still hold solvent residues.

Therefore tightly seal the container (barrel) again and
store or dispose of in accordance with regulations!
