4. Put the valve or cover plate into the manifold sub-base.
5. Screw the valve or cover plate at first only lightly and then tighten it (tightening torque: 0.65 Nm
(±10 %)).
6. Put the IP seal and the cover onto the manifold sub-base in the right position.
7. Screw the cover at first only lightly and then tighten it (tightening torque: 2.0 Nm (±10 %)).
