his section provides a reference for additional settings and features, in-
cluding firmware options available for purchase. Some settings listed here
may not be available on your meter.
When you purchase and install the 730-ESR firmware option, event
sound recording enables the dosimeter to produce audio recordings of
measured sound when the sound level exceeds a preset threshold.
Sound recordings are saved as 16-bit WAV files sampled at 8 kHz. The
12-second recording includes 2 seconds of pre-trigger recording and 10
seconds of post-trigger recording. You can use G4 or LD Atlas to listed to
sound recordings.
