6.2 Digitale Ansteuerung
Viessmann Formsignale können auch von einem Digital-
system angesteuert werden (Abb. 5). Beim Anschluss z. B.
an den Viessmann Magnetartikel-Decoder Art. 5211 (Märk-
lin-Motorola) müssen Sie darauf achten, dass neben den
blauen Kabeln zur Signalsteuerung auch das gelbe Kabel
(ohne Markierung) für die Stromversorgung angeschlossen
ist. Zum digitalen Schalten eines dreibegriffigen Signals
werden 1½ Ausgangsgruppen eines Magnetartikeldecoders
benötigt (s. Abb. 5). Die nicht benötigte Ausgangsbuchse
kann für ein weiteres dreibegriffiges Signal verwendet
werden (zusammen mit einer anderen Ausgangsgruppe)
oder für ein Entkupplungsgleis.
Viessmann Formsignale mit 2 Antrieben benötigen
positive Schaltimpulse. Daher kann man die Signale
nicht ohne Weiteres mit allen Magnetartikeldecodern (z. B.
Lenz, Trix, LDT, Roco, Zimo etc.) schalten, da diese De-
coder negative Schaltimpulse liefern. Viessmann Decoder
liefern positive Schaltimpulse (z. B. Art. 5211, 52111, 5280).

6.2 Digital control
The
semaphore
with a digital system (fig. 5). When connecting, e. g. to the
Viessmann digital decoder item 5211 (Märklin-Motorola),
you have to ensure that in addition to the blue cables for
the signal control also the yellow cable (without marking)
for the power supply is connected. For digital switching of
a 3-aspect signal, 1 1/2 output groups of a digital decoder
are required (s. fig. 5). The output jack not required can
be used for another 3-aspect signal (together with another
output group) or for an uncoupling track.
Viessmann semaphore signals with 2 drive units require
positive switching pulses. This is why you cannot switch
all signals with all decoders (e. g. Lenz, Trix, LDT, Roco,
Zimo etc.). These decoders send negative switching
pulses. Viessmann decoders send positive pulses (e. g.
items 5211, 52111, 5280).
