Sending a Resident a Password-Reset Link

• Click the button next to the resident you wish to send a reset link to.
• The resident will receive an email with a link they can click to specify a new password.
o T hey can click the link to do so, or ignore it to maintain their current sign in password.
Note: This button will only be visible if the resident has an email address.
» Monitors
Monitors, like Residents are entities which "live" in your apartments.
NOTE: You must have appropriate "Hardware" permissions to view, add, edit or delete residents.
Viewing an Apartment's Monitors

• To view and/or manage a building's apartments, click Buildings in the left-side menu.
• Locate the building you wish to view the apartments for.
• Click the dop-down menu icon ( ) for that building and click Apartments, Residents and Devices
• In the apartment list, click the monitors icon () next to the apartment you wish to view the monitors for.
The right-hand side of the screen will update with the apartment's associated settings. This is a tabbed
interface that will default to the Monitors tab.
o A lternatively, you can click the apartment title and then click the Monitors tab.

Adding a New Monitor

• Click the icon in the upper-right hand corner of the Monitors tab, or click Add a New Monitor.
• Specify a Monitor Name.
o T his is just a general name for the location where the device is located, such as
Bedroom.
• Specify the 12-digit Monitor MAC Address.
• Specify the Monitor Type.
• Once you are finished, click Add Monitor.
NOTE: You must connect the monitor to the cloud within one hour of creating it. This is the only way the monitor can download its
required credentials.
