Hydraulic systems

General info

Ensure that snap couplers are clean before connection!
After having operated the boom and the system has been filled with oil, check tractor's hydraulic oil level and top up if
necessary.
DANGER! Test of the hydraulic system should be done very cautiously. There may be air trapped in the system
which can cause violent movements of the boom.
DANGER! Hydraulic leaks: Never use your fingers to locate a leakage in any part of the hydraulic system. Due to
high pressure, hydraulic oil may penetrate the skin.

Requirements - tractor (HAY model)

The hydraulic system requires a double acting and one single acting hydraulic outlet.
Single acting hydraulic outlet: Boom lift, up/down.
Double acting hydraulic outlet: Boom folding and unfolding.
Ensure the snap couplers are clean before connection! If hydraulic slanting control is fitted another double acting hyd-
raulic outlet on the tractor is required.
The hydraulic system requires a minimum oil pressure of 160 bar (2300 p.s.i.) and an oil capacity of approx. 25 litres. After
having operated the boom and the system has been filled with oil, check tractor's hydraulic oil level and top up if neces-
sary.

Requirements - tractor (HAZ model)

The hydraulic system requires a double acting hydraulic outlet. The hydraulic hoses are marked with arrows to indicate
direction of oil flow.
The hydraulic system requires an oil flow between 25 and 90 l/min (6 - 22 Imp. gal/min.) and a min. pressure of 170 bar
(2500 p.s.i.). The system has a built-in flow regulator that maintains constant speed on hydraulic movements.

PARALIFT hydraulics

This PARALIFT hydraulic block manages hydraulic pressure for the
PARALIFT and boom functions. On picture it is viewed from below
the main tank.
