3.1 Design of the Timken C-Power Lubricator
Lubricators are available in 250 cc and 500 cc versions. They can be supplied with the lubricant
requested by the customer. They consist of (refer to figure 2):

Protection cover for the drive unit. It is re-usable.
C-Power LV-unit, which can be supplied in 250 cc
and 500 cc versions. Lubricant can be requested by
the customer. Use only Timken C-Power LV-units.
Battery set, consisting of two batteries. The
batteries are not rechargeable and must be
changed every time the C-Power LV-unit is
replaced. Batteries can be used only once.
Use only Timken battery sets.
Drive unit consists of a gear motor, pump system
and an electronic unit for the control system. It is
reusable.
