- Page 3 Assembly Instructions 2/6 IMPORTANT * Do not tighten up all the screws until each part is properly assembled. * You should keep Hex Wrench in a safe place as you may need to tighten up the Head Cap Bolts in the future. * After assembly, item must be level to work properly.
- Page 4 Assembly Instructions 3/6 Cam Lock Flat Washer Wood Screw Head Cap Bolt (long) Figure 3 Figure 4 STEP 3 Attach Bottom (P) to Side Panel (D) with Head Cap Bolts (long). Attach Back Rail (M) to side panel unit using a Cam Lock (see Figure 3). Attach Back Posts (Q) to Back Rail (M) and slide Back Panels (R) into place.
- Page 5 Assembly Instructions 4/6 Cam Lock STEP 4 Attach Front Posts (B), (C) to Front Rails (J), (K) using Cam Locks. Cam Lock STEP 5 Attach unit from step 4 to the unit using Cam Locks. Attach Front Rail (L) to unit using Cam Locks.
- Page 6 Assembly Instructions 5/6 Head Cap Bolt STEP 6 (long) Turn the unit to its’ upright position. Place Top (A) onto unit and attach with Head Cap Bolts (long). Insert Adjustable Pins into side panels and middle panel. Place Shelves (I) into position.
- Page 7 Assembly Instructions 6/6 Drawer (S) STEP 1 Figure 1 Attach S1 to S3 and S4, using Phillips screwdriver MAKE SURE ROLLER IS ON THE BACK long wood screws (4X) tighten halfway. Attach S2 to S3 and S4 using Figure 2 long wood screws (4X)
