The drive on the cutterbar 3 is transmitted from self-propelled mower FORTSCHRITT 300 rpm
through jointed shaft, intersecting axis gear 4, PTO shaft 6 and intersecting axis gear 5. On the
cutterbar there are discs with two knives each. The extreme discs have additional forming drums.
Cutterbar is connected to the main frame 2, to which the suspension frame 1 is linked. Suspension
frame is connected to FORTSCHRITT by means of four pins. Over the cutterbar there are safety
guards 10.
