7. TROUBLESHOOTING

7.1 Common Problem
Please confirm that all connectors fit tightly.
Symptom
Game will not
start
Circuit protector changes power
Power off
No sound
Ball shaking
Error code
Motor of Ball Y axle doesn't
Possible Cause
Frame assembly connector is
loose.
Frame assembly is faulty.
SW to "off".
Low volume
Connector loose.
Speaker is faulty.
Audio cable problem.
Driver problem
The bottom of the Ball or the
playfield has dirt.
Possible Cause
Motors of Ball X axle
doesn't work.
Sensor of Ball X axle
doesn't work.
work.
Sensor of Ball Y axle
doesn't work.
Motor of P1 Paddle doesn't
work.
Sensor of P1 Paddle
doesn't work.
Motor of P2 Paddle doesn't
work.
Sensor of P2 Paddle
doesn't work.

Recommended action
Check connector.
Contact UNIS Service.
Turn on power SW again. If appeared
again and again, machine has
anomaly. Please contact UNIS Service.
Raise the volume.
Check connector.
Check speaker.
Reconnect the audio cable or change
Restart the audio driver.
Utilize non-woven fabric with distilled
water to clean the bottom of the Ball.
Clean the playfield. (Refer to 8.3)
Recommended action
Check the connection of motors of Ball X
axle.
Check the motors of Ball X axle.
Check the sensor of Ball X axle.
Check the connection of motor of Ball Y
axle.
Check the motor of Ball Y axle.
Check the sensor of Ball Y axle.
Check the connection of motor of P1

Check the connection of motor of P2
Paddle.
Check the motor of P2 Paddle.

Fill the ticket dispenser with tickets.
