Name Picture Allen wrench(3mm) Step 1 Power off the game and open the coin door. Step 2 Insert the key to the lock and turn 90°clockwise or counterclockwise. Press the glass pressing plate slightly to make the lock pop up.

If the bottom of the Ball has dirt, utilize the non-woven fabric with distilled water to clean. If the bottom of the Ball is damaged, replace the Teflon tape on the ball.
