The figures shown above are for pure water at a temperature of 39.4
adjusted for use in liquids with a different density.
NOTE: The 'Depth and Pressure Chart' can be used to find the pressure of water in Bar or PSI at any
given depth in feet or meters. Assume you want to find the pressure at a depth of 50 feet. Locate 50 in
the 'Depth of Water' column. Then go left into the 'feet' section of the table to read the pressure as 21.7
PSI or 1.5 Bar. To find the pressure at 10 meters locate 10 in the depth column then go right into the
'meters' section of the table to read the pressure as PSI or 0.98 Bar. For depth values not given, add the
results from individual readings, for example: the pressure at a depth of 85 (meters or feet) is the sum of
the pressures for 80 + 5 (meters or feet).
