In the case of stand-alone installation, you can use the full current range of the motor starter
with fan up to 60° C. The figure below shows the derating curves of an ET 200SP direct-on-

In the case of horizontal station configuration without a fan, you can use direct-on-line
starters and reversing starters at ambient temperatures 5 °C higher than specified in the
diagrams.
When the power bus current is reduced to 5 A, the reversing starter can be operated up to
9 A at an ambient temperature of 60 °C.
